Solo living, slow evenings, small rituals, and creating a life that feels like home.

The Tranquil Vintessa is a space for soft living, love, creativity, and slow days. Join me on a journey of self-discovery, sacred rituals, and finding beauty in life’s ordinary moments.

Hello, I’m Kimberly Rae.

I’m the voice behind The Tranquil Vintessa, a space where I share reflections on solo living, slow rituals, and the quiet art of creating a life that feels deeply your own.

Most of my life, I’ve lived independently, and over time, I’ve learned that building a life for yourself can be just as rich, full, and meaningful as any story we’re told life is supposed to look like.

Here, I write about building a home for one, finding beauty in ordinary moments, cooking for myself, filling my space with color, and creating small rituals that bring peace to everyday life. Of course, life isn’t always slow mornings and quiet rituals. Sometimes it’s awkward dates, unexpected connections, and the beautifully messy experience of figuring life out in real time. I share those stories too: the lessons, the humor, and the moments that remind us that growth rarely happens in perfectly tidy ways.

As I often say, I’m learning to love myself just a little bit more. This space is part of that practice, a place where I document the quiet, ongoing process of becoming.

This space is for anyone learning to build a life that feels like their own. A place for slow evenings, small rituals, quiet reflections, and the messy, beautiful work of becoming.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might look like to truly belong to your own life, you’re welcome to walk this path with me.

You can follow along on social media (Instagram, Threads, Facebook) for the little moments that don’t make it to the blog, or join the occasional newsletter (here), a small letter from me to you filled with inspiration, reflection, and conversation along the way.

With love & moonlight,
Vintessa
